[uCsimm] goramfix and boot problem

Hi guys,

I'm using uCsimm/uClinux (March 2000 CD) on a (european) RH 7 linux.
(Didn't use uClinux-2.0.38.1pre5-2.i386.rpm, instead the raw
linux-2.0.38 and
the uClinux-2.0.38.1pre7.diff patch.)
Making a kernel, burning it (flashloader) and starting it from ROM is no
problem.
To start the kernel image from RAM after loading it with the XMODEM,
I applied the goram fix for uClinux 2.0.38.1pre7.
This works fine, so far. But when I try to burn the kernel, it is not
able to reboot,
reporting an access fault.
As adviced in the readme for the fix, I changed the ram.ld file for a
bigger ROMFS (romdisk.img?)
with no positive effect.
Here are the sizes of the files, which are produced during the kernel
re-compilation:

image.bin : 890716
romdisk.img : 464896
iromdisk.map: 28996

Some (lengthy) output:

Welcome to minicom 1.83.1

OPTIONS: History Buffer, F-key Macros, Search History Buffer, I18n
