ARM on Atmel AT91 series device support is in the mainline 2.0 uClinux
tree CVS. http://cvs.uclinux.org

It is maintained by Erik Andersen.

It will also be supported early in the uClinux 2.4 development cycle, but
m68k is where 2.4 development is occuring right now because it is easier.
