You can get GPL'ed stob (a Perl script that converts S-records to
B-records) and GPL'ed bbug (a kermit script with a functionality
similar to that of Motorola's BBUG.EXE) at

   ftp://ftp.employees.org/vag/uClinux/tools

You'll also need to supply the code that works with your FLASH. You
can find some very simple sample code for both Atmel and Toshiba
chips in the same place.
