The serial driver (drivers/char/68328serial.c) as well as the original
documentation from Motorola contain the formula that will help you to
generate non-standard baud rates You should use PRESCALER and DIVIDE
fields in the UBAUD register tochange the speed the way you like.
Please,
notice that it also depends on the system clock.

I cannot guarantee that RS-232 will work reliably at such non-standard
speeds. You might try to set UBAUD_PRESCALER to 60 or 61 and
UBAUD_DIVIDE
to 0 in order to achieve speeds 207.36Kbaud or 259.2Kbaud respectively.
