The smc9194.c driver has support for both the 91c96 and 91c100 parts.
That is what we use. You may what to get the files from my uClinux/
ColdFire distribution. (I am pretty sure the latest is actually
included in the standard uClinux distribution, but not 100% sure :-)

You may need to do some mods to change the addressing, and irq.
But that should be about it...
