just a quick fyi:

if you're looking for a set of additional commands to round out the /bin
and /usr/bin directory for uCLinux, Prentice-Hall has released the
complete source tree for Minix... you can download the tarballs at:

look at the commands directory, and especially the commands/simple
directory for the source to more than 200 additional commands that build
with little editing (you'll need to remove some _PROTO defs at the
beginning of each file...)

the source is released under the BSD license, so you'll need to include
the copyright:

        Copyright (c) 1987,1997, Prentice Hall
        All rights reserved.

Redistribution and use of the MINIX operating system in source and
binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided
that the following conditions are met:

           * Redistributions of source code must retain the above
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.

and so on...

hope this helps!
