Well, the MC68*Z328 is derived from the MC68302 is derived from the
MC68000 which is actually called a MC68010 core.  Simple, huh?  The
essential difference is defined by the on-chip peripherals, the MC68000
has none, the others have varying degrees of higher peripheral
components integrated on the same die.
