If it is interrupt mode 0, I think that I work by revising
interrupt vector of entry.S.
In case of interrupt mode 2, a revision of exception handling
becomes necessary.

I examine H8S support from the past.
However, because a suitable target does not exist, work does not progress.
Because there is not a technical problem, I think that I work immediately 
if a target is decided.
