Hello folks!

I've been following this list for quite some time and was using uClinux
on a dragonball cpu just for fun and learning but now something very
chalenging got on me and I would like a hand.
A client is a reseller for the Samsung's SWL-3300AP. An wireless access
point which uses a S3C4510B101 ARM processor (ARM7DTMI) and features:
1 ethernet port (Intel ST10043QC)
1 Mb flash (SST39VF800A)
2 Mb RAM (2xSamsung K4F151612D)
1 PCMCIA port (Lattice PLD ispLSI2064VE-100LT100 - that's a funny one)
inserted on this there is a MagicLan PCMCIA wireless ethernet card.
I don't have much more information about the hardware and it runs a
proprietary software which looks like some sort of OS but I don't know
what it is.
About the software this baby has a bootloader on the top of the flash
that looks for the firmware at the address 0x10000 this bootloader is
also the responsible for uploading the firmware.
My client wants to mimic the sotware inside this beast using linux.
I'm guessing my main problems are:
1) Make it boot. If the firmware does just loads something into memory
and runs, maybe not much difficult
2) Ethernet port.
3) PCMCIA port.
What do you people think about the task? And the hardware? Do you think
it's possible? What are the problems you can forsee?

Best regards

Adilson.
