Hi Santosh,
why don't you try sourceforge that site provided a utility called
jtag_arm9 which i feel was really good.
you need to build a small hardware for that. but thats too simple.

HI alan , Please can you narrate some more on this ? I didnot understand how
to use arm-elf-gdb on my target .My board doesent have a network port to
down load . All it has is a serial,parallel port and a jtag.
