Hi Skysoso,
    This is a pretty roundabout way of doing it but here goes.
I use the coldfire port, and there is a  distribution which has  pppd, chat as
well as other applications in the tarball. The link is:

http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/ports/coldfire/uClinux-coldfire-20000808.tgz

BTW, could you personally let me know once you get your uClinux to dial?
I dont know what's wrong with my configuration but I get 
"Serial line is looped back."
